Why did you want to be part of the DR fam?
I wanted to be part of the Deadly Runners Family so that I can be fit and healthy and to meet other Aboriginal people

What changes have you noticed since you starting running?
The changes I’ve noticed since I started running is my health and keeping within my weight and staying fit.

What do you enjoy most about a DR?
I enjoy most about being a Deadly Runner is getting out and running with my mob

One running goal and one personal goal I want to achieve this year is to do a 5km run in 30min

My advice I would give to someone who was struggling with motivation to start exercising is to be positive and to ask for help
