We offer free training programs for mob of all fitness levels that can be followed at home or completed in one of our community groups. If you’re an absolute beginner looking for a place to start, or a more experienced runner looking for your next challenge the Deadly Runners will support you to achieve your running goals. 

In the past 12 months alone, the Deadly Runners have supported over 58 runners through our 5K Beginner Program, and have trained other runners to complete 10k, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon distances.

Beginner Program

The Deadly Runners 9-week Beginner Program is a gradual walk to run program designed for every fitness level. If participants remain injury free and attend the sessions, I can guarantee they will be able to run 5k non-stop at the end of the 9 weeks. The final 5k running event is set in the first week so participants have a clear goal to work towards.

5 - 10KM

Caught the running bug? Our 8-week 5km-10km program is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and allow you to take your running to the next level.

10 - 21.1KM
Half Marathon Program

Our 12-week half marathon program is ideal for those who have smashed out the 5km-10km and are ready for the next step!
