Beginner Program

The Deadly Runners 9-week Beginner Program is a gradual walk to run program designed for every fitness level. If participants remain injury free and attend the sessions, I can guarantee they will be able to run 5k non-stop at the end of the weeks. The final 5k running event is set in the first week so participants have a clear goal to work towards.

5km-10km
Intermediate Program

Caught the running bug? Our 8-week 5km-10km program is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and allow you to take your running to the next level.

10km - 21.2km
Half Marathon Program

Our 12-week half marathon program is ideal for those who have smashed out the 5km-10km and are ready for the next step!
